The Hall is a good size and has plenty of ventilation. Refreshments (tea & coffee) will be available at the venue.

An important note:  There is what appears to be an electronic gate in the High Street leading to the Hall.  This is permanently closed and there’s no operator.  From the High Street you'll need to turn into Blundell Close and follow that around to the Hall.   There’s plenty of car parking spaces.  There is also an overground railway station at St Mary Cray with trains to and from London Victoria.  It’s about a 20 minute walk to the Hall.

We are required to vacate the Hall and the Car Park by 5.00pm.  Therefore Kent home games will need to start at 12.30pm.

Kent - Venue 2

Middlesex - Venue 1

Entrance to venue is via Phoenix Fitness Centre Bloemfontein Road
 
Car parking is available in School but again need to access via above and drive all the way around.
 
White City (Central) in nearest tube station with either a longish walk (16 mins) or bus (283 - 2 stops)
There is also Wood Lane (Circle, Hammersmith & City)

Matches starts at 2pm.

Middlesex - Venue 2

Capital City Academy, Doyle Gardens, Willesden, London NW10 3ST

The venue specifies that the following MUST be followed whilst MCCA are using premises:
  • Use of venue is between 1pm to 7pm – consequently matches will start at traditional time of 2pm.
  • Only those playing in the match can be physically in the school – all non-players must be outside the building
  • Entrance/Exit to building is through cafeteria entrance. When entering school premises and facing Reception players are asked to follow the path on the right side of the building, through the pedestrian gate at the top and then into the cafeteria.
  • Rooms G27 and G29 are allocated rooms other than these canteen, cafeteria and toilets no other area is to be used or visited. The designated area will be cordoned off.
  • Sanitisers are available outside the classroom and players are encouraged to use each time they enter or re-enter playing area
  • Until 3:30pm the only toilet that can be used is the disabled toilet in café. After 3:30pm another set of toilets will become available and again there will be a designated area which will we not permitted to go beyond
  • Smoking is not permitted onsite. However, if smokers do need to, they may do so off site on the assumption that the gates adjacent to café entrance is manned and open
  • Refreshments a hot tap will be available to use in cafeteria. Cups will be made available by MCCA but players are asked to look after their own. Tea/Coffee will be left in each playing area so that players will be only be required to top up with water
  • Individuals caught outside designated areas may be challenged and asked to leave. MCCA takes no responsibility for individuals who leave designated areas.

Travel by Public Transport:

  • Kensal Rise (London Overground) + Bus 187 (towards Central Middlesex Hospital) or walk via Liddell Gardens (0.9 miles, 18 mins).
  • Dollis Hill (Jubilee Line) + Bus 226 (towards Ealing) or walk via Pound Lane (1.4 miles, 27 mins).
  • Harlesden (Bakerloo/London Overground) + Bus 226 (towards Golders Green) or walk via Acton Lane/B4492 (1.3 miles, 27 mins).
  • Willesden Junction (Bakerloo/London Overground) also an option but will need to walk into High Street Harlesden where option of Bus 206 and 226 and even 187 with a bit of a longer walk.

Travel by Car:

It is not possible to use school car park and parking restrictions operate in Doyle Gardens on Saturday. Drivers are advised to use Uffington and Donnington Roads.

Refreshments:

Players are advised to bring own refreshments as per COVID guidance but a limited selection will be available.

All players are expected to comply with COVID guidance with captains advising in advance if one of their players wishes to play an opponent with face mask

Middlesex - Venue 3

Mind Sports Centre, 21-23 Dalling Road, Hammersmith, W6 0JD

Travel by Public transport:

The venue is a short walk from Hammersmith tube station, however Ravenscourt station is virtually next to venue. Numerous buses also go Hammersmith bus station

Travel by car:

Hammersmith is easy to travel to as there are a number of major thoroughfares that go through it, A4; A219; A306 and A315. If driving please park on the Acton side of Glenthorne Road, e.g. Redmore Road or Studland Street, as many roads are free but do review the parking restrictions just in case you are not in a road with free parking! There is an NCP car park in Glenthore Road should individuals not find a space.

Refreshments

There are many eating establishments in Hammersmith and there are a few gastro pubs nearby. 

It is possible for those seeking a meal to obtain one at the venue however attendees are advised that if you wish a hot meal (fish and chips) a minimum of 10 persons must order and it will be served between 1:30pm to 2pm (price tbc). Please notify your counterpart.

Sandwiches are made on demand (price tbc). Other refreshments are available  - tea/coffee/cake/snacks all are charged at £1 each.

The MSC Management informs that food not purchased at the premises MUST be consumed outside.
